As a not-for-profit charitable group training organisation, EGT employs and trains apprentices within the electrical industry, and places them with a host employer. Containers for Change helps Western Australians turn everyday recycling into real environmental and community impact by keeping eligible 10¢ drink containers out of landfill and giving them another life. Through the Containers for Change Impact Ladder, a sustainability initiative in partnership with RugbyWA, community rugby clubs are recognised and rewarded for their recycling efforts, with funds raised supporting grassroots rugby and club development while reducing waste across WA.
