Partnerships & Philanthropy Coordinator

Full Time, Perth WA

The Partnerships is role is critical to the delivery of exceptional service to RugbyWA's commercial and philanthropic partners and other stakeholders, supporting the growth and success of our partnerships by fostering meaningful relationships that drive long term value and alignment with our mission.

The role also encompasses related support to the Rugby Foundation of WA, supporting donor activities and aligning partnerships with the Foundations mission to deliver community impact through rugby.

Core duties include:

  • Support the Commercial team in the development of strategic marketing and operational planning related to Partner acquisition, servicing and retention.  
  • Manage assigned commercial and other stakeholder partnerships, ensuring proactive engagement and delivery of partnership agreements.  
  • Identify and develop new partner assets and engagement opportunities, and activation ideas to enhance satisfaction and value.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring all agreements are fulfilled and operational plans are met.
  • Maintain and regularly update RugbyWA’s partnership value proposition, inventory, and usage tracking for internal reporting and transparency.
  • Support the planning and execution of key corporate, community rugby and Rugby Foundation events, maximising partner and donor engagement opportunities

Integrity Manager

Full Time, Perth WA

The strategic objective for this role relates to ensuring the effective management, development, implementation and monitoring of regulatory processes across the sport in Western Australia, encompassing;

  • Management and coordination of Rugby WA’s judiciary process including Code of Conduct, Disciplinary and Grievance case management
  • Development of related processes to ensure currency and compliance with prevailing legislation (e.g. Working with Children, Child Safeguarding)
  • Development and delivery of related education initiatives to key stakeholders
  • Related administration and reporting
  • Adherence to Rugby Australia policy and guidelines

The role also supports Rugby SA (0.2FTE) & Rugby NT (0.1FTE) in managing their processes related to the above areas.
