Match Officials Coordinator

Full Time, Perth WA

The strategic objective for this role relates to the coordination and delivery of development opportunities for Match Officials in Western Australia, ensuring the level of suitably accredited officials meets the needs and supports the growth of the game across the state.

The role will develop and coordinate delivery of a range of processes related to Rugby WA’s Match Officials education programs, including;

  • Development of strategies to support recruitment, development and retention of Match Officials
  • Provision of support and guidance to all potential and new members through their first year
  • Ensuring match official numbers, quality and quantity and at the appropriate accreditation levels, meet the needs of the rugby community
  • Ensuring a process of ongoing review and assessment to ensure quality outcomes
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders including our clubs, school network, WA Referees Association and Rugby Australia.

Logistics Coordinator

Full Time, Perth WA

The objective for this role is to provide logistical and operational support to the Rugby WA Community and Rugby teams in the planning, communication and delivery of services, events and programs to the community aligned with our strategic goals and outcomes.

Specifically, this includes the management and coordination of representative team travel (regional & interstate), support to the team in the effective delivery of Rugby WA competitions, events and clinics and maintaining proactive and effective communication across a diverse range of stakeholders (clubs, schools, volunteers, players and officials).
