At RugbyWA, integrity is the foundation of our game — on and off the field. This page provides essential resources to support players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and clubs in maintaining the highest standards of fairness, respect, and ethical conduct. From codes of conduct and reporting procedures to education and support tools, our Integrity Resources ensure that everyone in our rugby community is empowered to play their part in upholding the spirit of the game.

Pasifika and First Nations Support Group

At RugbyWA, we believe that diversity strengthens our community and fosters a deeper understanding of the varied perspectives that make our sport so special. It is vital that we support the diversity of backgrounds that participate in our sport, so the cultural needs of different groups are able to be addressed. As such, we are encouraging people from diverse backgrounds to help support our Judicial and Code of Conduct Committees.

As a support person, you could provide guidance, advice, and advocacy for these players throughout the disciplinary process. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring that players have access to fair support and representation. Ground Marshalls

Ground Marshalls are integral to promoting integrity within the club environment. All clubs must have active ground marshalls on game day, to help promote positive sideline behaviour, set expectations and protect club members.
