RugbyWA is pleased to announce the appointment of Paula Rogers to its Board of Directors.
Paula Rogers has joined the Western Australian Rugby Union (RugbyWA) Board of Directors, with her appointment commencing from August 4, 2025.
Ms. Rogers joins the Board with extensive experience within the economic and business sectors, including strategic business planning, event management, and stakeholder and communications expertise.
Ms. Rogers is currently the Chief Executive Officer for the Committee for Perth, and also serves on the ECU School of Business and Law Advisory Board, and the Black Swan Philanthropy Advisory Board. Previously she was on the AWARE Super WA Advisory Board and North Metropolitan Health Service Board, amongst others.
Paula Rogers said: “I am excited about the opportunity of working with the RugbyWA Board and team, since living in Ireland I have followed Rugby and I was the publisher of the first and only book on the Western Force. It feels like an important moment for Rugby in 2025 in Perth, WA and Australia and I want to be a part of its future.”

Ms. Rogers joins Mr. Welborn (Chairperson), Josh Aislabie (President), Justin Shakeshaft, Peter Malcolm, Shaun Hardcastle, Debby Carley, Jillian McCorkindale and Jane Bond on the RugbyWA Board of Directors.
