RugbyWA has opened up the opportunity for the expression of interest to join the RugbyWA Board.
In preparation for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Western Australian Rugby Union (WARU, referred to as RugbyWA) and to continue to meet the changing needs of our organisation in line with the Strategic Plan for the organisation, the RugbyWA Board are seeking potential directors based upon our identified skills gap needs.
The organisation has opened up the opportunity for members of the community to submit their Expression of Interest to join the Board, as elected at the 2025 AGM.
The RugbyWA Board is made up of five elected Board Members and four appointed Board Members. At the upcoming Annual General meeting three positions will be up for election, noting a number of existing Directors are also keen to be re-elected.
- 3 x Elected Board Members (2 x 2 year Terms & 1 X 1 year Term)
In addition, the Rugby WA also currently have an Appointed Director vacancy for which the RWA Board will utilise this EOI process, with a view to making an appointment prior to the AGM.
