RugbyWA has partnered with AFGRI Equipment to deliver the AFGRI Albany 7’s Competition next week.
In partnership with AFGRI RugbyWA will host a junior 7’s competition in Albany on October 5 & 6, after the successful Bunbury NAIDOC 7’s earlier this year.
Speedy, skillful and social, sevens is a faced-paced alternative to the traditional rugby format, with seven players on each side and seven-minute halves.
Part of RugbyWA’s WA 7’s Series, the AFGRI Albany 7’s marks the first of three 7’s competitions hosted within the state, as well as the first of two hosted in the Southwest. Over 70 teams ranging in age from Under 8 to Under 14 from the Metropolitan and Southwest have registered to play.

The AFGRI Albany 7’s will kick off on October 5 & 6, 2024 at Eastern Pavillion in Albany.
