The Gold Blooded Tour will land on Western Australia’s shores this week!

On their third visit to the state, RugbyWA and Rugby Australia, as well as Classic Wallabies and Wallaroos, will hit the road in Southwest WA, visiting clubs and schools within the RugbyWA community.

Starting in Busselton on Tuesday, August 13, the tour will also visit Bunbury before making their way to Perth ahead of the Wallabies second clash with South Africa at Optus Stadium on Saturday.

The Gold Blooded Tour will also see the official launch of Rugby Australia’s new non-contact rugby format, Tri Tag, within the state. Former NRL legend and the creator of Tri Tag, Mark Gasnier, will be attending to see the format introduced to schools and clubs throughout the state.

Hosted at Curtin University Rugby Club, the Tri Tag Come & Try event will see Juniors, Seniors and All Abilities participants taking on the new game, ahead of the competition launch in the latter part of 2024.
