Friday night sees the kick-off of the Belt Up Elite Series with the best players from the 2021 FMG Premier Grade competition going head to head. The five match series will be contested between the Perth Gold, the Gold Development squad and the WA U19s state team.
The evening will witness the Perth Gold host the Gold Development squad down at the Palmyra Rugby club (kick-off @ 7:15pm) in a much anticipated game of WA's top players hitting the field to showcase their talent which had them chosen for the teams earlier in the year. Game 2 will be hosted by Perth Irish Rugby Club on Sunday afternoon (19th September @ 3:30pm) where the Gold Development team will back up and take on WA U19s.
The games will provide plenty of entertainment for spectators and rugby fans from across WA, with players coming from a variety of clubs the games are anticipated to be jam packed with rugby action.
