The UWA Rugby club in partnership with UWA Sport will be running a learn to play Rugby program for all girls wishing to play rugby.

The program will look to develop players to compete at the student National Championships in 7’s in September and for the local RugbyWA 7’s and 10’s competitions in 2021, to prepare the girls for the 2022 AON uni7s trials. As a student or non-student, you are encouraged to attend the program and join in on the fun, friendly environment at the UWA Rugby Club.

An excellent opportunity for those hoping to enter the sport or currently involved, it will allow women to become a part of the ever growing rugby community. The program will run from May - September and training will be twice per week with games held as per the below schedule. The program will include skills technical play, athletic performance enhancements, player welfare support, physical therapy, nutritional advice, performance psychology and mental health support.

Training commences 4th May at 5pm at UWA Sport Park, register your interest below or come down to the first session to see all of what UWA has to offer as you enter the women's world of rugby.
