Kalamunda Districts Rugby Club are sitting pretty on top of the Healthy Club competition table well ahead of second place Perth Bayswater.

Sitting on 367 points Kalamunda have earned most of their points by the fielding of both a Women’s and a Colts team.

The RugbyWA Healthy Club competition is a new 2019 initiative aimed to reflect and reward the elements that go together to demonstrate a club that is performing in a positive and “healthy” way.

The purpose of the competition is to encourage clubs to participate in all facets of effective Rugby Operations and Admin.

No matter the level or size of the club it’s performance can be measured and be competitive across all facets of club admin.

The Healthy Club Competition will run throughout the entire year with aspects including the use of the correct match balls to the submission of club constitutions before the due date.

The competition offers a number of prizes to the top three clubs with over $6, 000 worth of club equipment on offer.
