The Spring 7s is a senior Rugby 7s tournament that aims to bring together teams from a wide range of cultures, nations, and clubs. The event celebrates the rich cultural diversity within the rugby community, creating an exciting atmosphere both on and off the field.

Early Bird Pricing closes on Friday, 4th September 2026. Registrations will then remain open at full price until Friday, 2nd October 2027.

Maximum squad size is 14 players per team.
