We’re pleased to announce that applications for the 2025/26 Grants Program are now live.
- Applications must be submitted by an affiliated club representative only.
- Each club representative may submit only one application for one program or initiative. Multiple submissions will not be considered.
- Applications are eligible to request funding up to $5,000 ex GST.
- Application will close Friday, January 30, 2026
In each funding round, the Rugby Foundation of WA Board will select successful grant recipients using a ranking system, based on applications that can demonstrate that their project or initiative meets each of these below objectives with the following weightings:
- Equity Diversity and Inclusion – 40%
- Player Welfare – 20%
- Growth of Rugby – 15%
- Education and Skill Development – 15%
- High Performance Programs – 10%
These weightings have been provided to create a transparent process for the dual purpose of upholding good governance and providing guidance to applicants to ensure their applications meet the Rugby WA Foundation’s objectives.
The Foundation strongly recommends consulting with Chairperson Sean Lee (sean@gustogelato.com.au) before submitting your application to ensure it has the best chance of receiving funding.
