U18s Girls National Championships

 

Rugby WA Juniors announced in 2018 that the first ever Western Australian U18s side to compete in the inaugural U18s State Championships in Canberra.

This Schoolgirls side made history by winning the first ever championship coming away with the number one spot. 

In 2019 the U18s girls competition evolved further into a national program and saw teams such as Sydney and Brisbane Juniors enter the the competition.

Playing at the Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation in Narrabeen, NSW the RugbyWA girls fought valiantly finishing third in Pool A. 

RugbyWA continues to strive to develop the U18s girls program further now introducing the Emerging and Future Force Ladies Academy.
