The Western Force Player Allocations for 2026 have been confirmed ahead of the commencement of the Super Rugby season.

Western Force players will once again don their Club colours in the 2026 Fortescue Premier Grade season.

Ahead of the Super Rugby season kick off next week, Western Force and Fortescue Academy players met with RugbyWA Clubs to receive their club allocations and register for the 2026 season.

Western Force will see 38 players represented in the Fortescue Premier Grade, with an additional 21 players from the Fortescue Academy or Train & Trial players joining them.

The annual Premier Grade player allocation reflects the ongoing partnership between RugbyWA and the Western Force, reinforcing a shared commitment to community connection and the continued growth of rugby across Western Australia. This collaboration supports strong links between the elite and community game, while driving participation and engagement at the grassroots level.

RugbyWA Chief Executive Officer, Simon Taylor, said:“It’s fantastic to see Western Force players once again embedded across our Premier Grade clubs for the 2026 Fortescue Premier Grade season.

“Their presence within local communities is vital to the development of the game, providing inspiration for emerging players and showcasing the clear pathways that exist from club rugby through to the professional level.

“The Western Force Player Allocation continues to highlight the accessibility of the Force within our rugby community, and we’re excited to see the impact these players will have both on and off the field throughout the season.”

Western Force players will head out into Premier Grade clubs, spreading throughout the Perth metropolitan to join the top state competition.

Western Force Vice Captains, Ben Donaldson and Nick Champion de Crespigny, will be heading to Southern Lions and Cottesloe, respectively, while WA-born and bred Wallaby, Carlo Tizzano, will head out to his home club, UWA.

Prodigal son Nathan Hastie is set to return to his Junior club, Wanneroo Districts, where he’ll be joined by Wanneroo Juniors and RugbyWA Academy alums, Brodie Mainwaring and Tamarangi Tunui.

Meanwhile, captain Jeremy Williams is heading to Joondalup Brothers, where he’ll be joined by Argentinians Agustin Moyano and Leonel Oviedo, as well as Will Harris and Academy player, Bradley Kuhn.

Western Force’s Super Rugby season will commence on February 14 at HBF Park.

RugbyWA’s Fortescue Premier Grade season is set to kick off in April 2026.
