Offering the once-in-a-lifetime experience to take the field alongside rugby heroes at the Rugby Championship Test Match between Wallabies and Springboks at Optus Stadium, both opportunities will see WA junior rugby superstars making their clubs proud at the biggest rugby event of the year!

The Wallabies are set to take on the Springboks at Optus Stadium on Saturday, August 17. It will be the first time the Springboks have played a test match in Perth since 2017, while the Wallabies will be making their fourth visit following the Bledisloe Cups in both 2019 and 2021, and Wallabies v England test in July 2022.

Rugby Australia are running the Defenders of Tomorrow: Wallabies v. South Africa campaign to find the 'Defender of Tomorrow,' who will run the match ball on to Optus Stadium prior to kick off. To be eligible, entrants must be aged 8-14 years old, embrace the impossible, go above and beyond in the rugby community and be a massive rugby fan.
