Round two of the Aon Uni7s competition saw UWA do their best to bounce back from a tough debut.

Day one saw Team UWA narrowly miss out on wins against University of Technology Sydney and University of Sydney, but ended the day on a high by claiming a 14-10 victory over the University of Melbourne.

The final day of round two saw UWA suffer a disappointing loss to home-side, Bond University Bull Sharks, before finishing 8th overall after putting up a strong fight against University of Technology Sydney (10-21).

Rueben Cherrington, Tamika Jones and Zion Taurima were standout players of the round for UWA, led by captain Pania Kara.

Team UWA will travel to the University of Adelaide for round three of the competition, taking place on 12-13 October.
