Sam Carter is a former Wallabies lock and highly respected Super Rugby forward who finished his playing career with the Western Force. He enjoyed a long and decorated stint with the Brumbies, earning over 100 caps and serving as co‑captain, alongside 16 Test appearances for Australia. Carter also brought significant overseas experience from Ulster and Leicester Tigers before returning home in 2024, retiring in Force colours following the match against the British & Irish Lions.
