Calling all young rugby stars! Register for Get Into Rugby Tri Time 2025 and you could step onto the field at one of rugby’s two biggest events.

46 lucky winners will be selected for each of these unforgettable experiences:

• Guard of Honour - British & Irish Lions Tour (June 28, 2025):  Stand on the field as the Lions take the pitch against Western Force, experiencing the excitement up close; OR
• Mascot Experience – Bledisloe Cup (October 4, 2025): Walk onto the field hand in hand with the Wallabies and All Blacks before a roaring crowd.

• Register for Get Into Rugby Tri Time before May 2, 2025.
• Open to WA residents aged 5-7 years.
• Winners will be randomly selected on May 5, 2025, and contacted via email or phone.

Promotion Period 

The competition opens on 4^th of March, 2025 6:00 AM AWST and closes at 11:59 PM AWST on May 2, 2025. 

Eligible Entrants 

• Open to Western Australian residents. 
• Entrants must be registered participants of Get Into Rugby Tri Time season for 2025. 
• Participants must be aged 5–7 years at the time of entry. 

How to Enter 

To enter the competition, participants must: 

1. Register for Get Into Rugby Tri Time before Friday, May 2, 2025. 
2. All eligible registered participants will be automatically entered into the draw. 

Only one entry per participant will be accepted. 

Winning Method 

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. 

The draw will take place on 5^th of May, 2025 at RugbyWA Head Office, 203 Underwood Ave, Floreat WA 6014. 

• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Prizes 

Winners will receive a once-in-a-lifetime rugby experience, which includes one of the following: 

1. Guard of Honour – British & Irish Lions Tour 

• Stand on the field as the British & Irish Lions take the pitch against Western Force. 
• Be part of the match build-up, standing alongside rugby legends. 
• 46 winners will be selected for this experience. 

1. Mascot Experience – Wallabies vs All Blacks (Bledisloe Cup) 

• Walk onto the field with a Wallabies or All Blacks player. 
• Experience the thrill of leading your team onto the field in front of thousands of fans. 
• 46 winners will be selected for this experience. 

Prize Conditions 

• Winners must be available on the respective event days: 
• British & Irish Lions – Saturday, June 28, 2025. 
• Bledisloe Cup – Saturday, October 4, 2025. 
• Participants must be registered for Get Into Rugby Tri Time in Western Australia with a RugbyWA-affiliated club. 
• The winners will be notified by Rugby Australia, who will coordinate with the participants and their legal guardians. 
• Ticket allocations and requests will be managed by Rugby Australia. 
• Winners must comply with all event venue rules and regulations. 
• Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the prize. 

Winner Notification 

• Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 business days after the draw. 
• If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, RugbyWA may reallocate the prize to another eligible participant. 

General Terms 

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the conditions. 
• The promoter is not responsible for any issues beyond its control, including event changes or cancellations. 

Unclaimed Prizes  

• In the event of an unclaimed prize, the promoter may at its discretion assign the prize to the entry judged to be the next best entry. The promoter is under no obligation to award any unclaimed prize.
