Terms & Conditions - SustainABALL Exchange Program
Promoter
The SustainABALL Exchange Program is open by RugbyWA, 203 Underwood Avenue, Floreat WA 6014 in partnership with Elan Energy Matrix.
Promotion Period
The Program will be conducted at selected RugbyWA junior carnivals and senior competition matches between Saturday 8 August 2026 to Saturday 7 November 2026.
Eligibility
- Entry is open to participants attending eligible RugbyWA events during the Promotion Period.
- Participants under the age of 18 must have parents or guardian consent.
- Participants must physically present at the event to take part
How to Participate
To participate in the promotion, individuals must:
- Attend a designated RugbyWA event where the SustainABALL activation is present.
- Scan the QR code available at the activation site.
- Complete the required registration details.
- Donate one (1) used rugby ball at the activation.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive one (1) Elan SustainABALL Backyard Ball, subject to availability.
SustainABALLs are intended for recreational use only and must not be used in official RugbyWA competitions.
Participation Limits
- Limit of one (1) rugby ball exchange per person per day.
Availability
- The Program is available while stocks of replacement balls last.
- RugbyWA reserves the right to substitute the replacement ball with a product of equal or greater value if required.

Junior Carnivals
- Saturday 8 August 2026 – Venue TBC
- Saturday 15 August 2026 – Venue TBC
- Saturday 22 August 2026 (Semi Final) – Venue TBC
- Saturday 7 November 2026 – Venue TBC
Senior Games
- Saturday 8 August 2026 – Venue TBC
- Saturday 15 August 2026 – Venue TBC
- Saturday 22 August 2026 (Semi Final) – Venue TBC
- Saturday 29 August 2026 (Grand Final) – Venue TBC
Venues and activation locations will be confirmed as fixtures are finalised and may be subject to change.
Data Collection & Privacy
- By participating, entrants consent to RugbyWA collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program, reporting outcomes, and future RugbyWA communications.
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with RugbyWA’s Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
- RugbyWA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants.
- RugbyWA may refuse participation where the process has not been followed or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- To the extent permitted by law, RugbyWA and its partners are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation in the Program.
