- All Abilities rugby train once a week
- Southern Lions All Abilities Rugby team will play every fortnight on a Sunday against the Golden Oldies, with modified rules.
- Perth Bayswater & Wanneroo All Abilities Rugby teams will play Tri Tag Rugby.
- Players do not have to play and are more than welcome to be a part of the team in a way they feel most comfortable.
