Rugby Schools Cup to make its debut

Rugby Schools Cup is a brand-new inclusive fun fueled 7’s festival tournament consisting of 5 weeks of round robins and 3 weeks play offs and grand finals in a 2-tier contact and non-contact format running from Wednesday 28th July to Wednesday 15th September 2021.

- Tier 1 Contact 7’s (Top 6-8 Teams). Year 7 Wednesday’s

- Tier 2A Contact 7’s (6 Boys Teams / 6 Girls Teams) Intermediate Level) Year 7 Wednesday’s

- Tier 2B Touch 7’s (Novice level) Year 7 (6 mixed Teams) Monday’s

Conducted in 3 Perth metro conference competition locations North, Central and South zones to support and nurture boys and girls of all skill sets to build and encourage Confidence, Making new friends, Enjoyment, Teamwork, Respect, Discipline and Sportsmanship.

With the incentive to introduce new participants, increase skill set and develop a solid schools foundation and pathway, expanding participation and opportunities in rugby union across the entire state of Western Australia.

We are looking for Teachers, Students and Volunteers who aspire to become qualified Coaches and or Referees to attend one of the upcoming courses to make a positive impact and difference on boys and girls participating in Rugby Union across Western Australia.

Friday 7th May @ Joondalup 5.00pm to 7.30pm 
Wednesday 12th May @ Nedlands 5.00pm to 7.30pm
Wednesday 19th May @ RWA HQ 5.00pm to 7.30pm
Wednesday 9th June @ Mandurah 5.00pm to 7.30pm

 

Referee Ready courses:

Wednesday 26th May @ Wanneroo 5.00pm to 7.30pm
Wednesday 2nd June @ Palmyra 5.00pm to 7.30pm
Wednesday 23rd June @ Rockingham 5.00pm to 7.30pm
