Inclusive Rugby

Sport 4 All

Sport4All is an easy self-directed online training program providing sporting clubs and schools with education & resources, and support to boost an inclusive culture and participation for people with disability in sports. The entire process takes approx. 1.5 hours and is completed at your leisure.

The best part is that this program is free for you and anyone else at your club to participate in. You can find more information at sport4all.com.au.

Inclusion Check In

The process starts with an inclusion check in survey of just 16 multiple choice questions.  It can be done by just one person, or you can share a link with a group of people at your organisation to get a wider perspective.

The survey will help identify current perceptions of inclusion practices at your club. After completing the survey, you will receive an inclusion report summarising your results.

Everyone who completes the survey will be automatically enrolled in the next step – the online learning platform and have access as soon as the inclusion survey has been completed.

Online Learning Program

The online learning consists of 8 interactive and accessible modules, which include short videos, resource booklets, checklists, and templates.  Again, this is available to anyone who wants to complete it at your club.

Once the training has been completed, you will be given a template for an Inclusion Action Plan.  This will help you identify short, medium and long inclusive objectives to commit to as part of your strategic vision.

Calm & Connected
