Insurance Commission of Western Australia are proud to support RugbyWA.

As part of the long-standing partnership, part of the funding provided by the Insurance Commission of Western Australia, allows RugbyWA to continually assist community clubs to grow and making sure both players and clubs have the best equipment possible every time they run onto the field.

Each year, clubs receive an allocation of “Belt Up” balls totaling to over 2500 as part of the partnership.

The use of the Belt Up messaging on both the balls and equipment is to provide awareness of safe driving on WA roads and drive home the message of wearing a seatbelt every time players and supporters jump in their car.

RugbyWA CEO Nathan Charles said, “Not only is it great to see the Belt Up logo on all RugbyWA balls but the message is extremely important to promoting staying safe on our roads.”

We would also like to acknowledge and thank the WA Minister of Health and Mental Health, Hon. Amber-Jade Sanderson BA MLA and Deputy Leader of the WA Liberal Party Libby Mettam MLA for attending Perth Bayswater Rugby Club and Associates Rugby Club.
