National Sevens Championships

Each year Western Australia send two youth teams to represent the state in the National Sevens Championships hosted at Ballymore QLD in 2018

Four Western Australian youngsters represented Australia in 2017. Kennedy Cherrington and Langley Sasega won gold at the Youth Commonwealth Games while Jackson Pugh and Courtney Hodder represented the Australian Youth Sevens. Cherrington and Sasega also represented the University of New England in the inaugural Aon7s competition.

Courtney Hodder and Jackson Pugh continued to represent the country in the Aussi Youth 7s through 2018
