Touch 7s is all about having fun with friends and families while playing in good spirit, games are just sixteen minutes long and it's super social and light on competitiveness. Touch 7s is perfect for all ages, so whether you’re a beginner, a one-timer or a seasoned player there’s a spot for you.

Gala Days

Gala days are an opportunity for all schools to compete at a high-level in either Touch 7s or contact rugby based on each individual schools preference. RugbyWA Development Officers will be able to up-skill students and teachers in both formats of the game prior to competition each term.
