Fortescue Senior Rugby Livestreamed Fixture

Perth Bayswater vs Kalamunda, Pat O’Hara Reserve. Wellington Road, Morley. Kick off at 3:30 pm.

Only one round to play before the division split and there is a lot on the line in the Fortescue Premier Grade as the stakes start to rise.

The live stream game this weekend will be out at Pat O’hara Reserve as the Perth Bayswater ‘Numbats’ take on the Kalamunda Bulls.

Unluckily both these squads came away with losses last weekend with Kalamunda falling to Joondalup and Perth Bayswater going down to defending champions Associates.

Still both sides can take some positives out of last weeks performances especially Perth Bayswater who is seeing some very consistent performances from second rower Brandan Olow.

As Kalamunda sit in the 10th spot and Perth Bayswater at 13th this match will be a good setup towards a late season run at the Championship Division finals.

Coming out of this round successful will be crucial this year with Championship Division teams needing to finish either first or second to make the finals weekend.

UWA vs Joondalup Brothers, McGillivray Oval. Brockway Road, Mount Claremont. Kick-off at 3:30 pm.

Even though UWA sit in fourth a loss to Joondalup this weekend could well put them in danger of falling out of the top six if their cards don’t fall the right way.

This season has been very solid for the Uni boys and a win this week will set them up nicely for a push towards that all-important Premier Grade title.

Young colt Connor O’Sullivan has been a force this year sliding into the number seven position.

Connor is the brother of Western Force halfback Rory and plays alongside him in the Premier Grade competition, with so much young talent pulling on the green jersey for UWA the future is very bright for this club both in the long term and the short.

Joondalup Brothers really stepped up last weekend and took away an unlikely win against Kalamunda taking them out by 18 points.

Joondalup have been accustomed to late season pushes and it seems they are setting up to repeat that in 2019.

Sitting at 11th spot on the ladder Joondalup has emerged as an early favorite to challenge for the Championship Division title.

ARKs vs Palmyra, Harrisdale Field. Gracefield Boulevard, Harrisdale. Kick-off at 3:30 pm.

It all comes down to this round for Palmyra as a win in this match is crucial in securing a spot in the Premiership Division.

However, taking on ARKs at their home ground claiming that win will certainly be no easy feat.

The ARKs boys also have a lot to play for as they defend the RugbyWA cup which they took away from Associates back in round eight.

With a lot of the line for both teams expect this game to be high impact and very emotional with both clubs looking to leave it all on the line.

Palmyra coach Jack Lloyd is sure to have a couple of tricks up his sleeve this weekend running out a very imposing side.

Number eight Dylan Cunningham will captain the squad on Saturday, Dylan has been solid this year for the palms and is sure to make a big impact on both sides of the pitch.

This is a match in the Premier Grade you won’t want to miss and taking place down at the spectacular ARKs rugby club in Harrisdale certainly one supporters should make their way down to.

Coastal Cavaliers vs Nedlands, Oakmont Reserve. Oakmont Avenue, Meadow Springs. Kick off at 3:30 pm.

Heading south to Mandurah it will be an opposite end of the table clash as the Coastal Cavaliers take on Nedlands Rugby Club.

Nedlands have had one of their strongest seasons since their 2015 Premier Grade victory this year and have emerged as one of the front runners for this year’s championship.

Last weekend Nedlands secured a win against Wanneroo beating them by 19 points, if Neddies can secure back to back wins this weekend they have set themselves up perfectly for the last third of the season.

However the Coastal Cavaliers have been known for upsets and if they perform like they did in their round 11 win against Wests they could put Nedlands right on their toes.

Inside centre James Petherick has been outstanding for the Cavs this year taking away May’s Belt Up Colt of the month.

Having consistent performances week in week out expect to see another crafty display of rugby from Pertherick this weekend.

Wests Scarborough vs Curtin Uni, Bennett Park. Millcrest Street, Doubleview. Kick-off 3:30 pm.

Heading to Bennett Park it will be Wests Scarborough taking on Curtin Uni.

In a very chaotic round this will be a much quieter game with Wests having easily secured a spot in the top six.

Facing Curtin this weekend Wests will want to stamp their authority down and build momentum going into the last rounds of the season.

Having a number of up and down performances Wests Scarborough really need to set themselves up well if they want to get back into the winning circle like they did in 2016 and 2017.

Heading into round 13 the ‘Goats’ have had a rocky road up until this point and will be looking forward to the next couple of games in the Championship Division.

Facing a strong team like Wests this match it will be some good experience to prepare them for the next matches facing some strong ball runners.

Cottesloe vs Wanneroo, Harvey Field. Broome Street, Cottesloe. Kick off at 3:30 pm.

The next match in the competition could have a huge impact in the outlook of the season as Wanneroo battle Cottesloe to try and stay in the top half of the competition.

Wanneroo need to win this game and hope either Associates and Palmyra loose to keep their spot in the Premiership Division.

Seeing as this team won the Championship Title last year, they will be hoping they can go one up in 2019.

However, on Saturday they are facing top of the table Cottesloe who are looking very dangerous at the moment in the Premier Grade.

In their three-point win over UWA last weekend fly-half Ben Meredith was a key factor nailing most of his penalties Meredith boot was the difference for the two clubs.

Playing Wanneroo this weekend Meredith’s ability to tackle the tough Harvey Field wind could be crucial for the Gulls.

Associates vs Southern Lions, Allen Park. Odern Crescent, Swanbourne. Kick off at 3:30 pm.

The final match up for this round is yet another huge game as Associates will fight Southern Lions to also stay alive in the Premiership Division.

Defending champs Soaks haven’t had the dominance they saw last season and now find themselves fighting for that all important top six spot.

In the final match for captain and club legend Dean Taylor-Menzies who is off contracted to the UK next season Soaks will want to send him off with a bang.

Facing 10th placed Southern Lions a win in this matchup certainly isn’t a given as they have shown they can upset any beating top team Cottesloe back in round five.

Be sure to look out for Lions outside centre Gregory Jackson as he will be looking to have yet another strong performance.

This final match will be a big one so get down to the historic ‘Boneyard’ at Allen Park to see Associates to battle to stay alive.
